Serving on the Columbus Board of Education allows me to proudly serve and work on behalf of the more than 55,000 children who attend Columbus City Schools.
On November 3, 2009, when you elect me to retain my seat on the Columbus Board of Education, I will continue to fight for equal access to education for all students, ensure that all students are in a safe learning environment, help increase graduation rates and ensure the school district is fiscally responsible for taxpayer dollars
Regardless of background, ethnicity and socioeconomic level, every child in Columbus City Schools deserves a chance to succeed and a community that supports their education. I want to be your voice on the board and serve as a member focused on doing the hard work to do good rather than work to look good. That is why I am asking for your vote.
When you pull the lever on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, for Columbus School Board, I will continue to use my proven experience as a business leader, community volunteer, mentor and youth sports coach to improve your public schools.
At my website, you can learn more about my background, my positions on key issues and the upcoming events I will be attending where we can meet in person. You can also show your support for my candidacy and join our team of volunteers.
Thank you,

Ramona Reyes
